At Hanfu Way, we are committed to providing high-quality Hanfu garments that celebrate traditional Chinese culture. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, our Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returns and refunds.
1. Return and Exchange Conditions
Eligibility: You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Items worn, washed, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items: Accessories, sale items, and products purchased using discounts are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
2. Return and Exchange Process
Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at Contact@hanfuway.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
Shipping Returns: After receiving approval for your return request, securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging. Ship the package using a traceable shipping service to the return address our customer service team provided. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
International Returns: For international returns, label the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs fees. Hanfu Way is not responsible for customs fees incurred due to improper labeling.
3. Refunds
Processing Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days if approved.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping cost incurred by Hanfu Way will be deducted from your refund.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
Reporting Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at Contact@hanfuway.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refusal of Delivery: If you refuse delivery of a package without a valid reason, no refund will be issued.
Unclaimed Packages: Packages unclaimed or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
Package Marked as Delivered: If the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact your local post office or courier service. Hanfu Way is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
